Community Impact Mini-Grants are available to provide funding for short-term projects with one-time expenses that will have a positive impact on the residents in Lowndes and/or Noxubee Counties. This application is for registered 501(c) 3 non-profits, organizations, businesses, programs or community groups that are focused on Education, Health, Financial Stability, and/or Disaster that serve Lowndes or Noxubee.
The maximum funding available is up to $5,000 per agency, organization, program, business or community group. Funds can NOT be used for salaries, reimbursements, matching funds, funding capital campagins, operational expenses, consulting fees, or lobbying but should be spent to meet a direct need in the community.
Mini-Grant applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis and funds will be distributed within the following quarter. The amount awarded per grant is based on funding availability. DEADLINE TO APPLY IS AUG 11, 2022 (or until the funds run out)
